Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki, the eldest of three daughters, was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1978 to psychotherapist[8] Eileen (nee Dolan) Medvey[9] and Dimitrios "James" R. Psaki (Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), a real estate developer who retired whose grandfather had moved to Greece in 1904 and her grandmother was of Irish descent. In the year 1976, her parents got married. Psaki has Polish roots. She graduated from Greenwich High School, 1996. In 2000, she graduated from the College of William & Mary. She received an education in English and sociology. She is an active Chi Omega member. Psaki participated in backstroke swimming for William & Mary Tribe for two years. Psaki began her professional career in 2001 by working for the reelection campaigns run by Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki became John Kerry's press secretary deputy in 2004. Psaki was also the director of communications for Joseph Crowley (U.S. Representative) and also as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will serve as a political analyst during the 2022 United States election and the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023, she will host a program on MSNBC's Peacock streaming service. [35The 35-year-old Psaki made her first television appearance after leaving her position as White House Press Secretary on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon talking about the Robb Elementary School shooting.
